VCI Film ( anti-rust film , anti-corrosion film) is a kind o Anti-rust packaging which is priduced with VCI masterbatch and PE masterbatch by Extruder Machine.

 We combine modern film technology and gas phase antirust (VCI ) technology , use extruder machine  to extrude PE resin and VCI into VCI film at certain temperature.  The volatile corrosion inhibition in VCI film will volatilize , the corrosion inhibtion particles in air will adsorb on the metal surface to form a protective film. The protective film can eliminate the possibility of contact with water and oxygen , thus to achieve the anti-rust goal.

The products have characteristics of transparent and intuitive , good diaphragming performance, long antirust period and easy operation , and easy operation , and are new antirust packaging materials that are economic and of environmental protection.
